Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from our online parts store. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must have a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email.
- Some items are non-returnable, such as custom-made, personalized, or clearance products. These items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at realaaparts@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
Fees
- There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In that case, we will cover the shipping and restocking fees, and send you a replacement or a full refund at your preference.
- If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse to accept the return.
Exceptions
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with photos or videos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
